Coco top or dress

We are very excited to tell you all about our Coco workshop!
Suitable for confident beginners
In this workshop you can choose to make the following:
 
Top or dress
Funnel or boat neckline
Optional patch pockets
3/4 or full length sleeves
 
You will create your very own garment and learn the following skills:
How to follow a commercial pattern, check sizing, cut out and follow sewing instructions.
 
How to sew with Stretch fabric
 
How to add patch pockets (if you have chosen these versions)
 
How to add a side split to side seams (if you are making the top version)
 
Fabric suggestions:
We suggest a medium weight Knit fabric such as Ponte Roma, French Terry or Jersey with at least 95% cotton) for a  more summery look.
 
What to bring with you...
 
Fabric requirements:
TOP VERSION
140cm/56" wide fabric, you will need 2.75m
115cm/45" wide fabric, you will need 3.25m
 
DRESS VERSION
140cm/56" wide fabric, you will need 3.25m
115cm/45" wide fabric, you will need 3.75m
 
...and last of all some matching Maraflex thread.

Workshops are non refundable so please ensure you can make the date when booking. We may be able to swop the dates but require at least 7 days notice.
