These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases, bookings and services provided by Sew With Holly.
By purchasing products or booking any service, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Us
Sew With Holly is a sewing studio and fabric shop based in Stourbridge, United Kingdom.

2. Retail Products
2.1 Product Information
We aim to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. Colours may vary slightly depending on screen display.
2.2 Pricing
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and may change at any time.
2.3 Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely by third-party providers. We do not store full card details.
3. Delivery (Where Applicable)
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.
4. Returns & Refunds – Retail Products
4.1 Online Purchases
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To cancel, contact hello@sewwithholly.co.uk within 14 days of receipt.
Returned goods must be:

Unused
-
In original condition
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are processed once items are received and inspected.
4.2 In-Store Purchases
Purchases made in-store are not automatically eligible for refund if you change your mind.
At our discretion, we may offer:

An exchange

A credit note
Items must be unused, in original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
4.3 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable unless faulty:

Cut fabric

Custom-printed materials
-
Personalised items
5. Classes & Workshops
5.1 Workshops (Bookable)
Workshops can be booked online and require full payment to secure a place.
Workshop bookings are non-refundable. Please ensure you are able to attend before booking.
If at least 7 days’ notice is given, we may offer a transfer to an alternative date, subject to availability. Transfers are not guaranteed.
Cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice, or non-attendance, are not eligible for refund or transfer.
5.2 Classes (Waiting List)
Regular classes are offered via a waiting list.

Places are offered when they become available

Once a place is accepted, it is reserved in advance

Fees remain payable whether or not a session is attended
Missed sessions are not refundable. Make-up sessions, where offered, are a goodwill gesture and are not guaranteed.
5.3 Cancellations by Sew With Holly
If we need to cancel or reschedule a session due to illness, low numbers or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:

A transfer to a new date; or

A full refund (for workshops)
6. Pattern Printing
Printing is carried out using files supplied by the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring:

Files are correct and print-ready
-
Sizing and scaling are accurate
We are not responsible for errors in supplied files.
Once printing has commenced, orders are non-refundable unless faulty.
7. Children’s Classes
Parents or guardians are responsible for:

Providing accurate emergency contact details

Informing us of medical conditions or allergies

Ensuring timely drop-off and collection
We reserve the right to refuse participation or remove a participant if behaviour compromises safety or significantly disrupts the session.
8. Behaviour & Conduct
We aim to maintain a safe, respectful and supportive environment.
We reserve the right to refuse service or remove participants whose behaviour:

Is unsafe
-
Is disruptive
-
Negatively affects others
No refund will be provided in these circumstances.
9. Liability
Participation in classes and workshops is at your own risk.
We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
10. Intellectual Property
All course materials, designs and content provided by Sew With Holly remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.
They may not be reproduced, shared or distributed without permission.
11. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
